It is free. Essentially it is an online quiz game. If you haven't tried it and your school has access to a projector, plus iPads/laptop, then you will find your students obsessed and addicted!
They have included a short tutorial on how to create a "Blind Kahoot; a very easy interactive way to teach grammar. It's possible to add a video at the beginning or during the quiz for students to watch so that they can receive direct instruction and apply it straight away in practice. I am still experimenting with this, but have found Stew M's explanations of Indonesian grammar on Youtube to be the most explicit and clear.
It can be time consuming to create Kahoot activities, but once made can be used over and over! To make it easier for you, here is a list of the Kahoots I have made so far that can be accessed by anyone.

I prefer using Kahoot to teach grammar or viewing comprehension as it is more effective as Quizlet Live is more effective for reviewing vocabulary.
