- 2016-2017 - Moderation professional development session in Year 11 with other schools. Moderation of marks with Year 12 teachers from Mandurah Baptist College and Reheboth.
- 2016 - In year 4, 5, 6, organise meetings with colleague teaching the same year level and moderation of marks between my students and theirs, to ensure we are marking accordingly.
- 2015-2016 - In year 7 and 8, developing assessments based on IB marking standards with Languages Department.
